Order 50 clearly states: Road motor vehicle products shall disclose other materials such as the disclosure of environmental protection information in accordance with the law. The specific requirements are stated in the "National Environmental Protection Regulations and Atmosphere [2016] No. 3":

Motor vehicle production and import enterprises should disclose their main environmental information in the form of a vehicle inventory before the product leaves the factory or the goods enter the country。
Non road mobile machinery production and import enterprises should affix environmental information labels in a prominent position on the body of the product before leaving the factory or entering the country, and disclose the main environmental information.

Enterprises engaged in the production and import of motor vehicles and non road mobile machinery should publicly disclose the environmental protection information of motor vehicles and non road mobile machinery on their official website before leaving the factory or entering the country, and synchronously upload it to the Ministry of Environmental Protection's motor vehicle and non road mobile machinery environmental protection information public platform (website: www.vecc-mep.org.cn) for relevant government departments, public and corporate inquiries and usage。
Production and import enterprises that do not currently have the conditions to disclose environmental protection information on motor vehicles and non road mobile machinery on their official website should disclose environmental protection information on the environmental protection information disclosure platform of the Ministry of Environmental Protection for motor vehicles and non road mobile machinery before the product leaves the factory or the goods enter the country。
