Company Introduction

Zhejiang New Gonow Automobile Co., Ltd. is located in the Taizhou Bay New Area, with a net land area of about 600 acres. It is a diversified enterprise that integrates automotive vehicle design, research and development, production, sales, and services. It has a complete four major process workshops (stamping, welding, painting and final assembly), a modern vehicle production base of the New Energy Vehicle Research Institute's automotive road testing ground, and a new energy product testing and trial center. Based on the group's nearly 20 years of experience in vehicle research and development and manufacturing, adhering to the design concept of "small but refined", it has achieved lean co production of two major categories of vehicle models and multiple products, including load-bearing and non load-bearing models. 

The company has a complete engineering research and development team with the ability to design, develop, and test new energy vehicles. In 2019, it was awarded the title of "Provincial Automotive Research Institute and Provincial R&D Center" recognized by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology. On January 14, 2020, it became the first new energy commercial vehicle "dual qualification" enterprise in Zhejiang Province. As the backbone of the new energy commercial vehicle industry and one of the representatives of Taizhou's advanced manufacturing industry, New Gonow Automobile will continuously launch high-performance and high-quality commercial vehicle products based in Taizhou; it will respond to policy guidance, focusing on segmented markets such as green logistics, public transportation, official business, and environmental sanitation; it will mainly work on internal circulation while expanding external circulation, actively promoting the sustainable development of China's new energy vehicle industry. The company adopts Internet thinking, operates online platforms independently, and combines online and offline orderly to promote Internet + Vehicles in an all-round way and serve thousands of customers.

Composed of four main lines: interior line, chassis line, completion line, and frame line, adhering to the design concept of "small and refined" and emphasizing "mixed line intelligent manufacturing". The testing line adopts relevant equipment such as four-wheel positioning imported from Japan, with industry-leading testing accuracy to ensure the performance testing and quality assurance of the entire vehicle.
Painting
Composed of pre-treatment electrophoresis line, sealing line, topcoat line, and finishing line, it includes automated production equipment such as roller bed slide conveyor system, Sames spraying system, and Yaskawa robot. It is also equipped with zeolite runner and RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) to achieve intelligent green production.
Welding
Multiple vehicle models are produced on the same or mixed lines. The workshop has multiple welding production lines, and multiple sets of ABB robots achieve automated assembly line production.
Stamping
The main production equipment includes one 2000 ton press, one 1250 ton press, and three 800 ton press, with a total of 5 sets of equipment. The connecting press equipment can simultaneously complete stamping production processes such as drawing, punching, and trimming. It has the ability to produce 20,000 sets of large and medium-sized stamping parts annually.
